General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

All our offers are subject exclusively to these terms and conditions, even if the customer expressly stipulates otherwise or requests the application of their own general terms and conditions. By accepting our order confirmation or the delivered goods, the customer agrees to our terms and conditions. Written confirmation via email (text messages or scanned declarations of acceptance of the offer or order) and/or payment of the invoice are also considered an acceptance by the contractual partner. Silence on our part regarding the customer's terms and conditions shall under no circumstances be considered recognition or consent. Subsidiary agreements, amendments, and deviations from these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing.

30 days net from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Default interest is 5%. In the event of default by the customer, SPEwohndesign by Swiss Premium Export GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract without further notice or, after prior warning, to demand advance payment or other security for future deliveries.

The contractual items remain our property until full payment of the purchase price and all claims arising from ongoing business relations with the customer, including interest, reminder fees, collection and court costs, and the like. We are entitled to have a corresponding retention of title registered in the public register. The customer is obligated to cooperate in the registration at our request. Before full payment of the purchase price, the customer may not sell, pledge, or transfer the purchased goods to third parties as security. In the event of a seizure or other claim by third parties, the customer must notify us immediately.
